Holiday House Gold Coast – Booking Terms and Conditions.

Note: Casa Grande is known here in as; “the premises.”

All guests &/or parents/guardians, Must Agree to Abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document, “as: a Condition of Booking. a condition of Entry, a condition of Use of any facilities & condition of Staying at the premises / Casa Grande.

It is up to the individual undertaking the booking to ensure All guests Agree & Adhere to these Terms & Conditions; it is the guest’s responsibility to read & understand the Terms & Conditions Before making a booking, Paying a deposit or Entering the premises of 139 Allambi Ave, Broadbeach Waters – Casa Grande.

By making a booking & paying a deposit, you agree to abide by & comply with these Terms & Conditions; All guests are entering into an agreement to use the premises (Casa Grande), in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


Low Noise & NO Party Policy: Casa Grande has a strict “Low Noise & No party policy,” exceeding requirements set by the Gold Coast City Council & Holiday Letting Industry guidelines! As with any 5 star resort: Loud/Excessive/Significant/Annoying noise, Anti-social/rude/dangerous/illegal behaviours (as deemed by the owners, managers, security, police or neighbours), will be considered “a breach of Casa Grande terms & Conditions.”

Loud Parties of any sort, strippers, topless waitresses, sex workers etc, are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances & may mean immediate eviction without further notice!

Quiet functions, gatherings or events of any sort must gain approval before booking! Casa Grande is monitored by the owners, managers, neighbours &/or security periodically during every guest’s stay. The owners, managers & security guards reserve the right & have the right to enter the premises / 139 Allambi Ave / Casa Grande, at any time, for any reason. Noise, disturbances of any nature & complaints will be investigated. Any & all fees/costs associated with these investigations &/or evictions will be charged to the guests; ie: Security guard call out = $150-$200; Eviction & 6 security guards onsite could cost $2,000.

Swimming pool times: No one in the pool before 8am, or after 9pm.

Photography &/or video: may not be taken of the premises to be used for advertising, gain or benefit without the written consent from the owners. The owners/managers/security reserve the right to video or photograph guests &/or their damage/rubbish as evidence.

Tariffs: Prices listed on our Website are a nightly rate & are a guide only. Casa Grande has a minimum three (3) night stay. Tariffs, Prices & Quotations are subject to change without notice and will not be guaranteed until a deposit has been processed & you have received formal confirmation of your booking.


Payments may be paid by: cash, pay pal or direct bank transfer. A deposit of 25% of total booking amount is required to secure a booking; Bookings are not confirmed & may be given to another client(s), until a full deposit is received & confirmed.

Payment of a deposit constitutes the guest’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Final payment & the security deposit must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival or as pre-arranged.

Security Deposit:

A Security deposit of $2000.00 (or other amount agreed to in writing by the managers / owners) is payable prior to arrival. A deposit refund payment will be credited to your nominated bank account (within 2-5 working days) after the property has been inspected. Costs may include, but are not limited to: damage(s), loss of items/goods/other, additional cleaning, rubbish, fines/fees/costs/charges incurred as a result of the guests stay.

The property is to be left in a similar state to your arrival, advice for checkout is given in writing on arrival.

Guest Cancellations or late changes:

In the event of a cancellation the full amount paid is not refundable unless the property is re-let for the same period at the same tariff. If the property is re-let then a refund will be made less a $250 cancellation fee.

Casa Grande Booking Changes:

Bookings are made in good faith but may be subject to change. If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen, extenuating &/or changed circumstances, then management will endeavour to obtain alternative accommodation for those guests. Failing this all monies paid will be refunded in full as soon as possible.

Animals and Pets:

No Pets are allowed at this property unless prior arrangements have been made.

Owners, Manager’s & Security services Right to Enter Casa Grande:

We retain & reserve the right to enter the Casa Grande, at any time for any reason to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

You are agreeing to these terms and conditions when you make a booking confirmation & payment for this booking.

Any breach of the terms & conditions, as agreed by both parties, permits the owner to refuse the key, amend the rent or immediately terminate the letting & evict any &/or all persons in or on the premises.

Any breach of Casa Grande terms & conditions will result in a warning & may result in the termination of the booking, with: the removal of all persons from the premises, the loss of all tariff paid, the loss of part or all, of the Security deposit paid, as well as possible further legal or other fees, charges & costs.

Legal & Insurance Notice:

All persons & Guests must act in a Legal, Safe & Responsible manner at all times; at/in/near the premises. Guests must have their own Travel Insurance as Owners & Managers do not condone: unsafe, irresponsible or illegal undertakings/actions/behaviour etc; take no responsibility for any such actions or subsequent consequences & do NOT insure any persons, items or property, for any *loss, damage(s), injuries, trauma, death (or anything else), while guests or other persons are within or near the premises during a stay or any other time.

Managers, Owners & hired Security personnel, reserve the right to enter the premises at any time, for any reason, to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Legal Indemnity & Complete Limit of Legal &/or Financial Liability:

All guests/persons booking, entering, staying at, visiting, using any facilities of, the premises; must “Understand and Agree to:” completely indemnify the manager(s) and owner(s) against any legal action(s), for any reason, pertaining to any incident(s), loss(es) or injury(s) etc, sustained or suffered while within or away from the premises, including, but not limited to:

the dwelling, grounds, facilities, structures, equipment, beach, parks etc, during a stay or at any other time.

If you do not agree to ANY of these Terms & Conditions, you must NOT book to stay or Enter the premises of Casa Grande, 139 Allambi Ave, Broadbeach Waters, Qld 4218.

Property Description:

The description, photos & videos of the premises are given in good faith;

No responsibility for misrepresentation will be accepted. The house is in a suburban location where, from time to time, there may be building or construction within the vicinity of the property. We take no responsibility for any issues relating to noise of neighbouring properties. Photographs on the Website are an accurate representation of the described property at the time the photograph was taken and are possibly subject to change.



Check-in Arrival & Departure:

Check-in is available from 2 pm onwards on the day of arrival. Requests for extended times are subject to availability & approval. Keys will be available at the property upon arrival. Please read instructions in the final confirmation email regarding check in.

Check out is at or before 10.00am on your departure day. We reserve the right to enter the property at any time on or before the designated departure day & time. Extra charges will apply for late check out, unless prior arrangements have been made on booking.

Number of Persons:

The number of occupants in Casa Grande must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. No extra unlisted persons are allowed on the property at any time unless approved by management/owners on booking and may incur an additional fee.

Any misrepresentation regarding guests or the intention of their/your stay may result in eviction. Strippers/Topless Waitresses are not permitted at anytime; unapproved guests may be evicted & booked guests may also be evicted from the premises for any violation deemed a significant nature, by management, owners or security.

Non Smoking:

For the comfort of all our guests, this property is a non-smoking property. We appreciate your understanding. Smoking is permissible outside. Please use ash trays & do not litter the garden with cigarette butts (or other rubbish, bottles, etc as costs will apply)

Damages &/or Extra Cleaning:

Breakage, damage, lost items etc will be charged to guests via the security deposit. In the event of this happening it is asked that the guest report it as soon as possible. We request, that you leave the property in a similar state to the condition it was in on your arrival (including washing dishes, removal of rubbish and BBQ cleaned) Failure to leave the Premises in a satisfactory manner will result in you incurring extra charges. Any charges applicable for the above will be deducted from the security deposit.

Examples: Loss of a key attracts a $50+ charge & a $50 call out fee if required.

Barbeque Cleaning: $50, Rubbish around the property including: cig-butts, bottles $50…

Linen, Bath Towels & Beach Towels:

Bed linen, bath towels & beach towels are provided.

A 7.5kg Front Loader Washing Machine, Dryer, Air Dryer, Clothes line & Hairdryer are all available for guest use.

Keys and Remotes:

Keys & remotes are the responsibility of the Guests during their stay. Please note loss of these items will be charged to your bond monies.

Garbage Removal:

Please dispose of garbage & recycling responsibly (noted in the property compendium), in the allocated bins.

Bins need to be put out for collection on Sunday Nights or Early Monday Morning.

If this is not done an excess fee of $50 is charged for each bin. The lid must be able to close for collection. If it isn’t the rubbish may not be collected. Excess rubbish will attract a $50 fee.


Any breach of the above Holiday House Gold Coast Letting terms and conditions, as agreed by both parties, permits the owner or us to refuse the key, amend the rent or immediately terminate the letting.

Information sharing

We never rent, sell or share your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals.
